AegisPilot
Early-stage SRE prototype

Turn an incident into a clearer next step.

AegisPilot brings incident signals, investigation agents and an approval workflow into one war room. Built for the on-call engineer who needs to understand what happened before deciding what to do.

The demo uses seeded scenarios and simulated remediation.

Built around investigation

Less context switching. More traceable reasoning.

A shared incident view

Follow incident status, agent activity and proposed remediation in a single interface.

Signals with context

The prototype combines logs, deploy history, dashboard images and incident memory with Google ADK and Gemini.

An optional Claude review

A separate, server-side integration can draft an evidence-based incident report with hypotheses, unknowns and verification steps. It requires configuration and a private invite.

Project stage

A working demo, with a clear next milestone.

This is a solo-built, early-stage project. The current focus is evaluating incident-report quality and validating the workflow with potential SRE users.

Demonstration results are not production outcome claims. Remediation is simulated. Report drafts require human review.

Meet the builder

Gunnam Sai Saketh Ram builds AI and backend projects with an interest in SRE workflows.

Data in this prototype

Use synthetic incidents only. The optional Claude review sends the selected incident to Anthropic after confirmation. Basic redaction is applied, but it cannot detect every secret. The review does not execute actions, send Slack messages or overwrite the incident.
